Our Stone Ground Wheat Flour is made from water-based (soft) wheat — a variety known for producing softer, lighter rotis with a naturally gentle texture. The grain is milled using traditional stone chakki at slow speeds, keeping the flour cool and close to its natural form, unlike high-speed commercial milling that builds heat and strips character.

Return & Refund Policy
Shree Gajanan Farms does not accept standard returns or refunds once an order is confirmed. However, they assist with damaged, missing, or spoiled products if reported to info@shreegajananfarms.com within 2 days of delivery. For damaged or missing items, customers must provide the order number, invoice image, outer box photos, and an unboxing video to receive a replacement within 7–10 days.
For spoiled items, clear photos or videos along with the packaging date must be emailed for investigation. It is important to note that returns are not accepted for natural variations in taste, texture, colour, or aroma, as these are handmade, small-batch products. The customer service team responds to all genuine quality concerns within 24–48 hours to find a fair solution.
