Kala Namak Rice
Sourced from Siddharthnagar — home of one of India's most treasured rice varieties.
Kala Namak rice is a traditional GI-tagged variety native to Siddharthnagar, Uttar Pradesh, cultivated in this region for centuries. It has a naturally distinct floral aroma (richer and earthier than basmati), a slightly darker grain, and a firm texture that holds beautifully after cooking.
Known for being easier to digest, naturally lower on the glycemic index, and higher in fiber than most polished white rice — a more wholesome choice for everyday meals. Carefully selected for grain uniformity and freshness, this is rice that brings both tradition and nourishment to your table.
