Grown on our farm in the foothills of the Himalayas, Uttar Pradesh using fully organic methods, Nam Dok Mai Gold has a uniform pale cream-gold skin, a distinctive long pointed shape, and flesh so smooth and sweet it is almost without fibre. No carbide. No artificial ripening. Harvested in extremely limited numbers — each fruit carefully hand-picked only when the tree is ready to let it go.

However, they assist with damaged, missing, or spoiled products if reported to info@shreegajananfarms.com within 2 days of delivery. For damaged or missing items, customers must provide the order number, invoice image, outer box photos, and an unboxing video to receive a replacement within 7–10 days.
For spoiled items, clear photos or videos along with the packaging date must be emailed for investigation. It is important to note that returns are not accepted for natural variations in taste, texture, colour, or aroma, as these are handmade, small-batch products.
