Shipping & Delivery Policy

We ship across India. Here is what to expect once you place an order.

Address & Contact Details

Please provide a complete delivery address including pin code, email ID, and contact number. Kindly double-check these before placing your order — incorrect details can delay delivery and we may be unable to reroute a shipment once dispatched.

Dispatch Timeline

If your item is in stock, it will be packed and dispatched from our farm within 3 working days. For items that are not currently in stock — particularly seasonal or made-to-order products like our Full Moon Ghee — we will produce and dispatch within 10 working days and keep you informed through the process.

Delivery Hours

Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday between 9am and 7pm. Sundays and public holidays are excluded. Occasional delays may occur due to weather, courier conditions, or other factors beyond our control.
