Refund Policy

Once an order is confirmed, Shree Gajanan Farms does not accept return or refund requests as a standard practice. However, we genuinely care about your experience and will always work with you to find a fair solution in the situations described below.

 

Damaged Product

If your order arrives damaged, please write to us at info@shreegajananfarms.com within 2 days of delivery. Your email should include:

  • Your order number
  • An image of the invoice
  • 1 photo of the outer box
  • 2 clear photos of the damaged product
  • An unboxing video

 

In case of a multi-item order, only the affected product needs to be reported. We will arrange a replacement within 7–10 days and respond to your email within 24–48 hours.

 

Missing Product

Write to us at info@shreegajananfarms.com within 2 days of delivery. Please include your order number, invoice image, 1 photo of the outer box, 2 photos of the opened box, and an unboxing video showing all items received. We will promptly re-send the missing product and respond within 24–48 hours.

 

Spoiled Product

Write to us at info@shreegajananfarms.com within 2 days of delivery with your order number, manufacturing or packaging date, and clear photos or a video of the product.

 

Please note: We do not accept returns for variation in taste, texture, colour, or aroma. Our products are entirely natural and made in small batches by hand — no two batches are identical. This is not a defect; it is the nature of real, unprocessed food.

 

If there is a genuine quality concern, we will investigate and find a fair resolution. We respond within 24–48 hours.
