Khapli Wheat Flour
An ancient grain. Milled the old way. Nothing more.
Khapli (emmer) wheat is one of India's oldest cultivated grains — known for its naturally nutty taste, firm texture, and gentler profile compared to modern wheat varieties. We stone-grind it slowly, keeping the flour cool and as close to its original form as possible. No excessive refinement, no shortcuts.
Processed in limited batches for freshness and consistency. A traditional grain, brought back in its original form.
