Yakuti Mango – A Rare Gem of North India
Small in size, extraordinary in flavour. Yakuti is a compact, round variety grown on our farm in the foothills of the Himalayas, Uttar Pradesh — three or four fruits fit comfortably in a single palm, yet each one carries an intensity of sweetness and aroma that rivals varieties many times its size. The skin is a beautiful mix of pink-red and yellow-orange, the flesh deep orange and juicy, with a richness that makes it one of the most satisfying mangoes to eat out of hand. Grown organically without carbide, hand-harvested in limited quantities, and carefully selected fruit by fruit before packing.
